Chartia Knight is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and compassionate community engagement to every role. She holds a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan, and both a Master of Human Resources Management and an MBA from McKendree University. Her career has allowed her to blend strategic leadership with a deep commitment to community, working in diverse roles from school administration to human resources and operations management.


Beyond her professional pursuits, Chartia finds immense joy and fulfillment in her personal life. She is a devoted wife and mother to two wonderful boys, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. Her roots are firmly planted in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was born and raised. When she's not focused on her work or family, she loves to travel and explore new places, especially through their culinary offerings. She also has a deep appreciation for the arts, whether it's attending a play, musical, or simply enjoying music, art, and movies. Ultimately, nothing compares to the precious moments spent with her family, whether it's a cozy, rainy Saturday morning at home or a lively, memorable family adventure.
